    For sale 1968 Buick GS. Original GS, not a clone. Cars drivetrain is 80% original. Original trans, rear end, block, crank and rods. He is asking $21,000.00 or best offer. Engine has 1500 miles on it ALL NEW.

    Engine Specs 430 ci: Freshly Rebuilt (July 2006)

    ROTATING ASSEMBLY:

    Block: Original factory 400 block, bored, decked, align-honed mains, all oil mods performed

    Crank: Original nodular iron, machined 10/10 journals, Clevite 77 main bearings

    Con rods: Factory Forged Steel, shot peened, beams polished, resized, fitted with ARP rod bolts, Clevite 77 rod bearings

    Pistons: Custom made ROSS 2618 forged aluminum 10.0:1 compression, Hastings Powerflex rings

    VALVETRAIN:

    Cam: Custom ground Straight-Line Performance Hydraulic flat tappet, Dura-Bond bearings

    Lifters: TA-Performance Hydraulic tappet

    Pushrods: TA-Performance 0.080 wall, 5/16, one piece chrome-moly

    Rockers: T&D Shaft Mount Roller Rockers

    INDUCTION:

    Cylinder Heads: TA-Performance Stage 1 SE Aluminum heads, Fully ported by Jim Burke (PAE Enterprises) fitted with one piece, swirl Polished, stainless steel (2.12 int/1.75 exh) valves, WITH FLOW SHEETS, dual valve springs, chrome-moly retainers

    Intake: TA-Performance SP-1 aluminum single plane, port matched to cyl. heads

    Yes, he had it on ebay, but of course a dead beat bidder never contacted him after the sale was complete.

    It is a really nice car, fun to ride in!

    He is located near Madison, WI. About 10 miles from my house.


    He is willing to go 20K for it. I think as a 2nd party, it is a really nice, clean car. I looked it over and did not see one bit of major rot anywhere! There was some paint chips and some paint cracking, but nothing a new paint job would cure. The paint, don't get me wrong looks outstanding when fully buffed.

    Anyways, he wanted me to tell everyone here about the lowered price $20K
