It looks like a '71 front end and that may be Bittersweet Mist.

Owner emailed a couple of pics. The rust is extensive and it sounds like he is willing to deal. This car has sat for many, many years.
Seller states:
- original numbers matching rebuilt 455;
- AT TH400 non original;
- bucket seat & console black interior & top;
- PW, PL, AC, PS
- unknown if N25 bumper or posi is present.
The car is southwest of Houston.

Seller emailed back acknowledging that the title indeed shows 1971 model year.
