I've had a commemorative stein done for the upcoming Lift-Off Hood reunion @ the All-Chrysler Nationals @ Carlisle this coming July. As of right now I'm going to have around 17 steins left over. They are only $6 each. Here's a link to the Moparts post:

Anyone who wants to bring a car to the reunion, whether a real M-code or clone, needs to sign up early so that enough space is provided for our parking.

    Hey Rob,

I heard through the grape vine that a certain Bee is out for blood. Sounds as if he is trying to get past the yellow sub and take on the aluminium refrigerator. :Do No: Is the obese Camero going on a diet this year? :puzzled: Are you secretly PMing Lon for one of those steins? :pp

I used to go to a bar that feature Lift-Off Hood entertainment, but then I got married and was told I couldn't go to those kinds of places anymore.....

If I have it my way there will be one more added to the 'Bird's & the Bee's lesson :Smarty: at Stanton this year :Brow: and it won't be red/orange. It is in the shop right now getting wet sand and buff finished up. If nothing else this reunion got me off my a$$ towards finishing it up.

I think that's the greatest part about the Pure Stock and FAST racing. We get off our duffs and do something with these cars. :TU: For that and many other things, Thanks to Dan and Bob (and everyone else).

Thank goodness for the different color bumble bee stripes. It's the only way to tell all those Hemi Orange Bees apart at the PSMCDR!!

    Frank,
We may have to come up with a different way of identifiying some cars (other than actually looking at the competition number). When I make it to Stanton this fall (there is my commitment Brian!), there will be 4 '69 H/O's. Guess what, we are all painted the same colors! 3 will be from Indiana and me from MO! I guess you will be able to tell when you are running me, all you are going to see is the rear view! :spank: :3gears:

Nope, no diet in our Camaro's future...it still has all the original exterior/interior pieces (except the front spoiler, I seem to have a knack for busting them) that it left Norwood with back in '69...I know it's heavy, but so be it, it's the way these cars are *supposed* to be. So, unless the driver loses weight (and I seem to be going the opposite direction), then I guess I'll just have to make do... :Do No:
