Upside down Yes! Right side up. No. Lol. Yes always paint what you see looking up at the car. No need. to worry about what you can’t see facing the body. Frame looks powder coated. I mixed Single stage w/ matting base . Then on the last coat . I mixed Clearcoat with matting base. Stirred together.50/50. Gives it a frosted look. Perfect sheen . But not as dry and flat as the underneath of the body. Witch is the sheen of duplicating the GM Black oxide primer. Frame is lil more Blacker and Deeper.

You need to hang that frame on the wall.

Ronnie i’ve been using Nexa (PPG) For 30 yrs. Use to be ICI British company. Ppg bought about 16 yrs. ago. Excellent product. Their Solvent paint is awesome. Because They have paint formulas for all cars around the Globe. They are really Big in Australia. But the Bumper decks have hundreds of colors . The color i used on the Frame is a Ford bumper color . (Ebony) has a lot of blue in it. Been using that color on frames And underbody for a long time. Somebody who did restorations 30 years ago. Turned me on to that color. Ol’ Timer told me a lot of people restoring cars used that color. He was right it works well. Sikkens Rally black is another color i use. excellent.

The underneath of that Body is a Sikkens Rally black. The frame is a tad blacker and lil shiner. Because the body is suppose to duplicate GM oxide black E coat.
