    I made a best pass of 12.59 @109.3 mph in my 70 Buick GSX.
    Sunny and very hot 85-90 degrees.

    Good time, wish more guys had showed up.

    yep, except for one small problem. the dreaded red bulb was lit. I wondered why the win light was on in my lane. Sorry Rich. But I do agree, wish more guys had showed up.

    I ran 12.84 12.89 12.88 pretty consistent.

    My best was a 12.82 at 106.89 with a sixty ft nearly 2 tenths off my normal .I was happy with that all things considered .I even tried the first turn off on the track twice and did it easy so my brakes are working well .:)

    first turn off, wow. that was a rather short shut down. with manual drums, I was on the brakes hard :shock: no chance I was getting that first turnoff. I've been meaning to check the brakes too. guess whats on the to do list before Stanton.

    Wow - Kil-Kare is a much as a brake-testing track as it is to test the go-stuff!
    I missed the first turn-off and wasn't sure if there was a 2nd!
    At least I know my brakes work good enough.
    I also know that I feel the restriction in the exhaust - Walker 17749s are on order!

    The drags "draged-on" a little bit (some rounds took quite some time), but for a day of free racing it was a good day!
