Here is a pic of the new hood for my cloner. I requested the gloss black because I like the look better but do the stripes look to wide to anyone beside me? Any other critiques? <img src="http://www.lcccc.com/skyler/skyler_hood.jpg"</img>
Looks pretty good! :beer Hard to tell if the stripes are "right on" without an original GSX hood next to it. But its a clone, so who cares! :TU: I cant wait to see it on the car!
Bg She'll be available up close and personal at BG nats. Hopefully I'll find a scoop (painted part) for the passenger hole by then I found the drivers and both grilles from TopCat. They should be here by midweek. Tach is being buffed out tomorrow. Might have to bring some extra bucks to find a correct GS grille (in front of radiator) :Brow:
No, they look fine. Maybe the center space is a wee bit too wide, but the stripes themselves will look fine. Just remember, once on the car, you still have all that yellow on the fender tops to look at too. That'll make those big black stripes look much smaller than when you look at the hood all by itself.
