So I got my new Quadrajet carb from Ken @ Everyday Performance. He rocks and the carb looks stellar, can't wait to install on my 350. Anyhow, can someone tell me where I might be able to find a fitting that fits (screws into the carb inlet w/the fuel filter)? The previous owner cut the original metal fuel line that normally attached to the Q-Jet with the threaded end and ran a rubber fuel hose to the fuel inlet port on the Edelbrock. So instead of replacing the entire fuel line, I would like to find the proper adapter that screws into the carb inlet but has a male end nipple so I can just attach the rubber fuel hose with a clamp to the fuel line that runs from the tank. The female inlet appears to be 3/8 in size. does that sound right? And where do you think I can find such a thing? Think autozone, Napa, etc would carry such a thing? Your thoughts?
