Well that’s two of us from MN.
How many needed to form a caravan like the FL boys.

We are staying in Bloomington, IL Wednesday night then driving to BG Thursday. You’re welcome to join us if that fits your schedule. Meeting at least one other Buick in Bloomington, maybe more.

Haven't actually organized an official caravan yet but, would be glad to help organize one. I am in Mount Dora just about 30 miles northwest of Orlando. Anyone wanting to caravan from Florida PM me with the day you plan to leave, what city you are coming from, and if you will be driving a GS or tailoring one. I will add anyone who PMs me to a conversation of all who want to caravan. Let's see what shakes out.

Thinking John (waterboy) is the farthest south member and he's just N of Miami. Im probably the furthest north Fl guy. If the Wildcat is ready to go by then I'll have to leave way early, go up to Michigan, get the car then drive back to BG. If its not I'll drag the Riv up from here.We hang at the campground.

I'll be there! I hear the TTA group from facebook is meeting there so I may be taking that car. Yo Briz, I'm in the Tampa Bay area.

    TrunkMonkey Totally bananas

I just got confirmation that my two cousins will be able to go, so I made reservations and we will be "hooking up" in the Florida Panhandle and heading north via Montgomery/B'ham/Nashville (I-65).

One lives in Vero Beach FL, (he'll probably fly up here) the other in Ocean Springs MS.

    :)

I’ve got my vacation put in for it. Just gotta figure out where my vibration at 50mph is coming from first and work out a couple more bugs when I am home next first.

We should have 3 or 4 from the Orlando/Mount Dora areas. Don't know if we're leaving Tuesday or Wednesday. I'll check with the others. We have a block of 10 rooms at the Super 8 exit 22 for guys coming from all over the country.

We usually set up near the main bath house. I'll stay over Sat night and make the long drive home on Sunday. Nearly always the last guy to leave.

  16. Waterboy

    Waterboy Mullet Mafia since 6/20

As my Grandson says, "Oh yah man!!!" He'll be there too along with my wife and 2 sons. I'm retired now and leaving from Florida early. (The weekend before.) Hitting the campground and starting the party! I'll be ready when you get there Briz and Alvareracing.

How come they moved the Nats to October. I had a good thing going for the past 2 years, being in September it was the same weekend as my family reunion. Killed 2 birds with one stone.

It was the same weekend as the Cecil Maryland event. Split attendees given two of the bigger Buick events were the same weekend. There's always a large northeast contingent at BG, was a real bummer they had to choose between the event in their back yard and the GS Nationals. The date change remedied the schedule conflict.

So will it go back to September next year or will October be the new month? I won't be able to go this year since it is in October.

I've got no way of knowing (nor does anyone else for sure I'd imagine), but I'd venture to guess whatever they do, they'll try to avoid having them scheduled the same time.
