I can't add the link but someone is advertizing a collection of gs, gsx, stages, 4 spd's for sale in the Hemmings classifieds. It appears to be someone in Brentwood Tn, possibly a member here? :Do No:

V8Buick's board members hasn't convinced John couple weeks ago to get rid of the Vettes and keep the Buick :puzzled:

I have been fortunate enough to tour this collection and believe me it's amazing.
John's a really nice guy too which makes it all the more depressing to see the cars for sale. We need a nice Buick Hall of Fame like the Vette folks have in BG. Then maybe people who have these gorgeous pieces of history would have some place to store them that would give back to the hobby.

Eddie I believe I have seen your car before. My dad lives in Pulaski and we were cruising in his 70 GS 350 vert and I tried to catch you. I can't remember the main road that runs though Lawencrburg but I know Walmart is on it. If that was your GSX, NICE car. My 69 STAGE 1 is at my dad's getting ready for restoration. He lives just west on Bodenhams Market on 64. Later, Ron

That's just down the road a few miles from my house Ron. I get out almost every nice weekend I have with it. It takes a little more effort than before since my wife's Rivy takes up the garage space here at the house. I had to move the X over to the shop which is about 3 miles from home. :Dou: The sacrifices we make for women!! She's well worth it though. It's always a good thing when the wife is a car freak too.

Come by and see us next time you're in town. I'd love the see the 69. I'll PM you a number to get ahold of me next time you come down to check on your car.

I know the feeling. I took the Skylark to my dads house and moved My 70 C/10 sortbed stepside into the garage. She's driving a 94 Regal GS. Like you said have to make room the wife. I will be there maybe next weekend. Call you then. Ron

Does anyone have the Hemmings link for the Collector's collection? I looked but did not find it.

    John C's collection

The ad was only in Hemmings for 1 issue, not for sure if it was Oct or Nov issue. There is a thread on it I believe.
