Have you ever had a complete stranger walk up to your car in a parking lot with a camera?

Last week while I was getting ready to go into work, a lady approached me with a camera. I was kinda weirded out so I kindly asked her, "Can I help you with something?". She asked me all sorts of stuff about my car, and then taold me she was going to use the picture she took of my car in a calender....:puzzled: I kinda looked at her funny. "Why my car? Its nothing special." She asked me to move into a better lit area so I abliged and she took a few photos.

Has this ever happened to you???

are you going to get any money from that calendar she's going to be selling?
Or is your name even going to come up in that pic?

I probably not because she didnt ask anything about me. (Name, address, number) I doubt anything is going to become of it. My car isnt exactly calender material.

Thats very cool.....hope it makes it into a Calendar !!!

Ever happened to me ?? well......

A couple of years ago, Right after my car came ot of resto, my wife (then only part time girlfriend) and I drove up to Newport, RI. for a long weekend. If you've never been there its a wonderful port town with alot of walking around and siteseeing and shopping (of course). The only parking where we were going is on the street and we must have drove around for at least a half hour before I found a spot I deemed "safe" enough to leave my life's investment.

A few hours later when we returned, there were about 6 or 8 sparsly clad Young women POSING around and olmost ON my car with some guy photographing them !!! I stopped a half block away to watch what was going on......they were each trying to out-do each other with how sexy they could pose:eek2:

Finally, I walked over and said "Hi !! Whats going on ?!?!?" and in broken english (sweedish or finnish I think) the guy said "Wow !! Is this your car ?? It is Soo beautiful my sisters and her friends wanted to pose with it. We're visiting the USA and We dont see many cars like this old American stuff back home. I hope you dont mind". Mind ???

......Now, If my Girliefriend wasn't there Im sure ALOT more would have happened than just a shutter snapping !!:Brow:

    WOW Alan,

I wish my car were a chick magnet. The only women I can get are old calender photographers. Maybe when its done Ill attract more girls. Key word maybe.

i was driving my 70' GS to Geneva On The Lake about 5 miles from my home when a couple women in a car with out of state plates pulled up beside me at a stop sign and started taking pics. i just looked at them and then they asked "is it ok to take some pics of your car, it is beautiful"? i dont look at is as beautiful but i am proud of it:Brow: they took several pics and we went on our merry way.
i should have done a smokey burnout for them :Brow: but with my luck there would be a trooper sitting around the corner so i contained myself:Do No:

    LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!

Freaking ricers. I love shutting them up in the school parking lot with a nice Buick growl.

They don't even have to be ricers to be put in their places...

I had my green car in high school and the goons at my school all had the 80's monte carlo SS's with the 305 POS in them...

My 350 shut those little cars up real fast. It was twice as long, and 3 times as heavy too:Brow: The intimidation factor comes into play here:bglasses:
