That would never work here; too much pedestrians and bicycles here. What still amazes me is the 4 stop signs at a junction, which really works (over there). Pretty sure that with the drivers' attitude here, insurance costs will go up dramatically when we would have such a thing. It is a relief to drive in (most parts of) the USA compared to Europe. IMHO it is not the size of the roads etc, but the attitude of the drivers there.
