I picked this converter up when I bought my Th400. but ran into 2 issues. 1. I cannot use it with my flex plate. the flex plate has a weight on it and the solid round mounting ring interferes with balancing weight and does not mount flush to the plate. I am not sure it just requires spacers, but I did not think so. 2. I need help Identifying the unit. it is 10" unit and is stamped 80442a and m17671 any help would be appreciated. Joe
