Hi All, In my younger days, I spent 3 years restoring a 1968 GS400 that took First Place in the 1989 GSCA Nats show. I had to sell the car later that year, and have missed it ever since. Not looking to buy it (3 kids and a mortgage), but would like to share history with current owner. I saw it pictured in a muscle car book recently (old photo, tried to track) and it really rekindled my desire to find the current owner. The car is the light greenish-gold with black top and interior, buckets, auto/console, sport wheel, rallye stripe. It was a true labor of love, and at age 39, I literally still have dreams at night about this car! I was only 23 when I had to sell it after 3 years of hard work.
