New from Auburn WA. Have a 67 special & a 67 Lark. Both with 455's.I'll post some pictures when I can.

Im needing some of those push in upper molding fasteners for the Special. Google cant help me. Anyone? They are rectangular nylon clips. 5/8" tall with a oval pin. Many many more questions to follow.

    Thanks
    Don

Welcome, had a 67 Special myself a few years ago.
Are you talking about the body side molding like on your
Special or the thin molding that separates the vinyl top area
from the boldy back by the rear window?
Dorman makes a lot of molding fasteners and is sold by
    most auto paint stores.
Here's some examples from a company called UFO body hardware

Good to see you here too.

Does anyone make a repop? I want to buy yours but they appear to be the same condition as mine. My molding will snap in on them but easily pop off. I'm considering a pop rivet in each end? Maybe I need to consider a universal clip of some sort?

I had the same problem, used these that I got at a auto paint store.
They come in various sizes and I used a washer also.
With the threaded pin they really hold the molding tight to body panels.
Takes a lot more work though to get access to get the nut on,
removing interior panels, etc. but those plasic push in deals just don't hold.
These are the ones from UFO Body Hardware.

I do have a "special" liking for these 67s, here's one for sale near me
same color as your Special but kind of overdone although it looks like
a lot of time and $$$ went into it. So I know you will keep yours
"Special". I thought about buying it, I could change the wheels and
badging but would be too much to change the fake intake louvers.
Your orange and white combo looks so much better.

Here's my old 67 after it got to Florida and was on ebay years ago
for $14 k (dealer), I guess those rich Florida retirees have $$$ to burn.
Notice anything different about the body side moldings?

I see a cruise night in my future? Thanks

    Right on. Thanks!

I saw that car in ebay too. Not a bash but he seems to be steering it too many directions for my likings. The potential is there none the less.

Cool add a name to cruise night! Any BPO 1/4 milers here?
