    Hi All,

my name is Robert, I'm 40 years old and live in the south of the Netherlands. I'm the lucky owner of an original '67 Skylark. Please find some of the pics attached. Don't drive it much right now, as we are in the middle of winter, well it is what they call winter ;)

I would like to replace the original rear seatbelts for 3 point seatbelts, so we can take are little daughter with us next summer. is this an easy conversion and who offers these kind of belts. Any help will be appriciated.

    Thanks, Robert

Hello and welcome from Milwaukee Wisconsin.
Thats a very nice 67 you have there.
The three point seat belt topic has come up quite a bit. As you would guess, many of us have little ones.
Here is a link to what I think you are asking about. Im sure there are other choices out there, but this is the only one I know of.
    Hope this helps.:TU:

I think that we have a larger number of board members from other parts of the Netherlands.

    Welcome!
I installed 3 point seat belts for my front seat in my 67 GS California. I'm sure the back seat would be straight forward too. For the front the shoulder bolt holes are already there.
    Cheers,

    Hi Robert,
Really nice car. I am also currently looking into the possibility of installing 3pointbelts on my 67 Special. Let's share experiences.

@ Ted: Where are the sholder bolt holes? In the roof under the lining?
Where did you buy the belts? Can you show us a few pics?

    Best
    Patrick

I got some pictures of the location from Walt K. Poked around, found the bolt holes and installed belts from a 68 Buick. I will see if I can search for Walt's post.
OK, found it! 2 bolt holes, same as the 68's and up.
