we were supposed to do a parade lap around the nascar track. It may not look like we were going that fast, But I hit the rev limiter at 7200-7300. My little 396 WAS SCEAMIN !!! WHAT you DON'T see , is the track official running onto the track in front of me waving his arms and screaming!!!! He was NOT a happy man. But I couldn't resist, I was bad, I admit it... NOOOOOO self control.o No: I am sure by the next video Donny will probably post, you will see . I was easily coerced this weekend....
richmond caculater says 125mph at 7300 with 26.9 tire and 4.56 gear . I was guessin 120 plus. Hell that's STOCK HEMI range! hahahahaah

Is fun to be out on there isn't it! Did the same thing with my brother in his 70 Road Runner convertible when the Mopar Nats were at Indy Speedway - were in the 120 range going into banking! Will let you know that the door latch held well as I slid on the vinyl bench seat down against him:shock:ray: Other time was when Mopar Nats were at Proving Grounds. Went into the banking there riding with my father in his 440+6 Superbird with speedo around the 130 mark and my brothers' 440+6 Superbird not far behind. Have pics on 35mm prints but have never scanned them in.
