Next weekend I will go to Kil-Kare to race and it is between 15 and 20 hours of driving time to go back home so I was going to kill a week out there between Kil-Kare and Martin. Can you think of anything to do or see or any RV campgrounds between the 2 tracks? Keep in mind that I have to drive my RV with a enclosed trailer to anything that I will be doing. Thanks Jim

You could always camp on Casey's back 40, but beware of banjo music........

If you've got time to kill and it sounds like you do, you could check out the Chrysler Museum in Auburn Hills, it's located right on the grounds of their tech center, plenty of room to park your rig.

    Cedar Point near Sandusky, Ohio.

Greenfield Village in the Detroit area.

    Gillmore Car Museum in Kalamazoo.

If you like to camp, check out some Michigan state parks on the big lake.

The lakes of Angola, IN are nice this time of year. Northeast corner of Indiana. Lots of camp grounds!!!!!

If you like to get high -

You could check out the Kalamazoo Air Zoo - fantastic warbird and aviation museum about 20 miles south of Martin.

It's getting to be summer here on Lake Michigan, so park the RV and roll that Mopar bad boy out, drive up and down the lakeshore. Saugatuck/Douglass area is real pretty. Holland and Grand Haven have state parks right on the lake.

You can also take the high speed car ferry across from Muskegon to Milkaukee. It's a little pricey, but it takes about 4-6 hours off the trip to Wisconsin versus driving through Chi-Town. Not sure about size restrictions so you should call first and see about that RV.
