OK. I never got a chance to bleed my hydraulic system before it went and bled itself. Murphy's law I guess. Anyway, today the top went down just fine but when I went to put i back up I could hear the system bubbling instead of compressing. Without getting too deep into it I located the leak at the passenger side ram but I do not yet know if it is leaky line or a bad seal on the ram.
How hard is it to fix if it is a leaking ram?
    Who carries replacement hydraulic tubing?
My tubing is old and the rocket scientist who routed the lines made sure that they rub against every jagged edge available. I am thinking at this point it is best to replace and re-route the lines.

The Parts Place offers a line replacement kit for $99, I have a leak at my pump or where the two lines connect & I was thinking of replacing mine as well just to be safe.

They also offer replacement rams for the same price FWIW.

    hi:

you can also sometimes find replacement hydraulic lines on eBay - but $100 for a complete set of lines seems to be the going rate.
Yeah - be sure to route them away from the (many) sheet metal edges between pump and rams. Slice some old heater hose and put the lines inside to protect them from the edges.
    Fun times.

    Cheers, Ray
