Wow.... my brain split into so many directions trying to understand what I was seeing, that I almost had a siezure. ou: 67 Ragtop on ebay As I said.... I'm speechless I will say that the whoever did the woodwork on the interior was one skilled dude. I think it's "gawdy as all get out", but very nice workmanship nonetheless. o No:
If the body was not so rusted away I would pay him $1000.00 for it except if I had to take the interior with it I could only go to $200.00
Here's another 67 that must of been ordered with the rare wood interior trim option. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1967...ryZ16124QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem What are these people smoking?
Are you thinking of going thid way on your X now Mike? It may just be a short-lived resurgence of this style. Damn now I want a period correct Van. VAN-IN YIPPEEE!!!!!!!!!!
this is my favorite sentance int the description " Top is usable and interiror is very sharp. " they actually like the interior.
J-Pop I do have the wood grain for the dash , console and door panels . I could maybe do the X stripes in woodgrain . Now I have to decide what wood to use .
Mike, If you want it to look good use mahogany, teak, or ebony wood... but knowing you you'll use plywood...
Sarge I would like to use those expensive woods but I am on a fixed income and can't afford them , now about the plywood , Home Depot has a sale on some slightly damaged CDX plywood , but they have some real good deals on particle board , just not sure how the grain will look . How well did it come out in your Cat ?
