Interior door panels

When ordering inner panels, say from OPGI, are they already pre holed for window crank and such?

...unfortunately, door panels aren't a simple swap-out, thanks to options; manual/power windows, power door locks, outside mirror, possibly different arm rests. You need to cut/punch correct openings from pre-scored backing. And then there's possible misalignment of openings and even clip locations. Carefully measure every location from old panels before making cuts/holes and transferring any trim...

 

Ok. How difficult is it to cut through?

 

Piece of cake. For the most part most of the holes are there....

 

Do you mean that the panels are perforated for holes?

 

Most are the basic's. Not remote mirror etc...

They should look just look like yours.

 

Oh, ok. Sounds good. One more thing. How is the quality of the reproduction panels?

"butcher paper" is great for making templates from the actual door.
Heavy enough to work with but easy to cut to get it flat and locate where holes need to be.

Old door cards, if you have them are also helpful.
