Is this the heater valve I need?

70 GS 455
Right now there's no heater valve. Just a loose vacuum line from the firewall.

is it an a/c car or not?its very different between both,

 

Ah yes it is an AC car.

 

Appears correct for an AC car. It has a good price considering the rubber in included.

Chassis Manual info. from '71. '70 be the same ?
The A-body cars operated the valve with vacuum to open.
The B-body cars operated the valve with vacuum to close.

See if you can confirm what valve you are getting.
