I had replaced the high pressure line and it was working fine. After pulling and rebuilding the 350 it began to leak at fitting. Got a new one and it leaks too out the top as pictured.
What is the secret is getting it seated correct?
I have a flaring kit so can use it if needed. highpressurePS.jpg

Are they stainless instead of mild steel? They are harder to seat. Check that the flare on the line and the seat are both clear of any debris.

A little teflon tape around the back side of the flare where the nut contacts it might help.

Tighten, loosen, tighten again. Used this method on all flared lines. As above, stainless is harder but just have to work it a little more.

It looks like it is sitting a little off-center but you should be able to get it to seal unless the line is cracked along the seam.

    TrunkMonkey Totally bananas

When you tighten the line, wiggle it as long as you can and twist it back and forth, that will assist in centering as you follow the directions above to do several toque, loosen cycles to get it to seat.

Better than just trying to "go-rilla" it to stop leaking and risk stripping threads.
