Can anyone give me a part number for front stock springs for a 1970 gs small block w/o a/c. Moog number if possible. Thanks.

The Moog 5380 has a wide range of a-body coverage for small block engines and NO A/C, with models range from 1968-1972, but not specifically 1970 Skylark. However, who cares... they all interchange.
This includes Skylark and Tempest with small block 350's, and inline 6 cylinder engines used in the Chevelle and Cutlass, with all these engines weighing at about 550 lbs.
The spring is .625" wire dia., 11.25" installed height, 1686 load weight, 318 rate lbs, and 16.55" free height.
I can't predict the stance you'll get with this spring, but it should be "in the ballpark".

I am looking to raise the front end a bit. Would a/c springs possibly give me that look? Thanks for the reply.

A Moog 6204 will give you about 10" clearance at the front of the rocker panel. It is .609 dia wire, 11" installed height, 2015 load rate, 265 rate inch, 18.61" free height. This should have your rocker panel 10" off the ground just behind the front wheels. It is springy and fun to feel the front rise when accelerating. This is a great spring for traction if you do any racing.
It is the original spring for a 1967 El Camino with 327 engine and no air conditioner and no power steering.
You may want to borrow an inner spring compressor and squeeze the spring a little for installation. The compressor can be retrieved from the shock absorber hole in the lower a-frame. Free tool loan from autozone. This spring can be bought at autozone by the same part number but house brand name and lower price than Moog.
Make sure the end of the coil sets in the pocket between the two drain holes in the lower a-arm or the spring will sit too high and the coil may bow out of shape. Look at your original before you remove it to see what I mean.

I should say, the 6204 is a tall spring, for a non-air car. You won't have header clearance problems and the rocker panel clearance will be 10" or more, not less.
Moog 5398 is for 350 engine and AC.... .656 dia, 11.5" installed height, 1678 load lbs., 365 rate lbs 16.06" free height.......firm and stock height.
Moog 5536 is for 455 engine and AC.... .687 dia, 11.0" installed height, 1984 load lbs., 487 rate lbs 15.06" free height......very firm and over stock height w/350 eng.
The shorter free height of these two springs should install easily.
