I am looking for a 1970 Buick LeSabre 4 door Base or Custom. When I was a kid, my parents drove one an hauled me and my four siblings around the Midwest. It was quite the beater back in the early 80's. I just finished a long running Jeep Wrangler project and I need a new project. I thought I'd try something in the nostalgia department for my next project. I'm not real experienced with cars but I am learning, so not too big of a "project". I'd prefer something in decent shape and original but I haven't had much luck finding anything all in the Northeast. So I am open to anything that might be out there. If anyone stumbles across a Craigslist ad or some other classified, please post it here or let me know. Will consider anything. Thanks Chris

There were three LeSabre models for 1970: LeSabre (series 45200) LeSabre Custom (series 45400) LeSabre Custom 455 (series 45600)

I grew up riding in one too. It was a dark green 4-door hardtop, with dark green interior. We even bought a parts car for any needed items along the way.
