Bob, In my opinion,you would be way better off locating a rust free fender from AZ or thereabouts and paying to have it shipped to you throught Greyhound or even DHL if the place uses them enough. We have had fenders shipped to central Pa for less than 70 bucks and have found several fenders in yards in the southwest. Till you remove the panel and weld in the patch panel you will have more in it than if you did the above. Chances are 9 out of 10,that the inner structure brace(which George N is getting reproduced) is totally gone as well. You will have 4-5 hundred into the fender or more then it will also have bondo in it as well.Just a suggestion.. Pat
