    i'm interested in your Lunati cams .. i just need to see if i need my pistons cut for clearance i have a 70 GS 455 BLOCK with stock pistons

    John the most you can get away with is 490 lift to be safe with stock pistons.

    That is not a true statement....I ran a version of lunati hemi kill. It was .53x lift. Ran it with stk 70 pistons, stand 1 valves. Ran low 12 with sp1 and 850 carb.

    Maybe I was lucky but burnt 3 stk bottom end over 6 year and used that cam in all of them
