Thanks Louie! I know... The backstory on this... Not that anyone cares.... I like the SN-95 Mustang Cobras- 1996-1998. Back in 1995, I remember going to a Ford dealership in North Providence, RI and seeing the "new" 96 Cobra's.. they had ~ 10 on the lot, all lined up in a row... One in the middle, a white one, had a different hood and sat a little lower than the rest of the 96's... Sure enough, it was a 1995 Cobra R code. Around 2002, I bought a 96 Cobra hardtop, did subframe connectors, short throw, 4.10 gears... Car was so much fun! The DOHC engine reminded me of the Boss 429 engines... Anyway, ended up selling the car, and always missed it a little. Around 2020, I decided I wanted another one... Found an all original, untouched, clean 98 white convertible with a spun rod, 82,000 miles, for $2500 or $3000 in CT. Did a motor swap, had a lot of fun in it.. and sold it. I wanted another SN95 convertible, figured I could find one cheap, cruise around in the nice weather, and not have to worry about it... I was going to make a Saleen clone out of it. I ended up finding a 98 convertible, from New Mexico, 85,000 miles, supercharged, tuned, with the Saleen front bumper cover and heat extractor hood on it (huge score!!!). I spent several months trying to find used Saleen pieces. I finally found the side cladding, rear bumper cover, and S-281 wing, IN BLACK, in Georgia. The price was right ($400 for it all) and my friend grabbed it for me. The car is almost back on the road, and I would like to get these parts on it...

    And that's the story! LOL

I don't think it'll be bad (it will be a PIA). That Bridge isn't too heavily traveled and there's 3 alternate routes.

I could pick 'em up along 95 or Tampa/Orlando route next month if anyone is heading that way.
