Well..... I'm gonna be blunt and to the point, preregistries are very slow, the track is expensive, there's talk of a group of guy's banning Martin because of the new PSMCDR rules and their enforcement. They want to show Bob and Dan they mean business and we will pay the price. Truth is, personally we can not afford to pay for the track if we don't hit a certain car count and we don't have the money to gamble away. If we don't have 50 preregistered cars by the end of the first week in May, Martin will be cancelled.

If you send in your money and we are forced to cancel the event, you will recieve a refund.

    Classy...

I have no idea if I can even make it or if the car is fixed from last year's debacle, but I'll go ahead and pre-register. For them to hold you guys hostage is REDICULOUS...so I'll tell ya what, if you list those participating in the boycott I'll adopt one and his car's entry fee, but they can NOT attend.

    Adopt a boycotter.

My car is still broken from October and I'm building a barn.

However to ensure the June race you will see my entry before the May deadline.

Also, to help the race, count me in for adopting a boycotter from a posted list to be excluded from the race.

Can I get a cabbage patch type adoption certificate for the extra entry fee?

For your donation, you get a picture with a target on the car you sponsored for use at the firing range!

Along with it, you get a trading card with the stats of the crimes committed and their last episode of shame!

I dont understand the boycott, are people for,or against the new rules?:Do No: I really used to enjoy these races, but lately it seems something has changed. Dont know what... I really enjoy catching up with friends, but the racing does not excite me as much.Alot of expense,to make the 2 trips to Michigan, especially with the price of gas.Really sucks! Afriend of mine had a meeting with the new owner of Quaker City, and said he is a real nice guy with great plans.Whenever i think of a musclecar race,i still think of the old Supercar Showdown days. I still wish that the Martin event was at Quaker, that would be cool,i just dont care for Martin.Good luck to you guys, and hope you can continue!!

I already took the day(s) off work, just need to get some cash sent in.
1 car for sure, but need to talk to event organizers to see if I can get a one-time pass on the Olds to run with wrong transmission, with the intent of correcting it for next season(don't have the time to work on it right now to swap to correct trans) If so, mark the Millers down for 2 entries.:TU:
