I'm going to be putting a quarter-stick or a similar style shifter in my 69 GS. It has a TH400 with a manual valve body. The car has a bench seat so the shifter will be real close to the floor and hard to get at if I mounted it there. Is there any kind of bracket or riser any of you guys have made to raise the shifter away from the floor? I'm looking for ideas on how to do mine. Thanks, Ron
