We have a 1985 Mustang Notchback for sale. We don't have a ton of information on this vehicle as the builder of the vehicle passed away unexpectedly and the wife doesn't know much about it. I can however tell you what I do know about it!

I recently had a gentleman reach out to me from Kansas muscle parts and told me that he keeps a registry of the 1985 Mustang Notchbacks and said that there were roughly 1000 of them made, and not many known to be in existence anymore.

The engine is a Big Block Ford 460, cammed. Unknown cam

Weiand High Rise with 2 Edelbrock Carbs Protruding through the hood.

There is an 8 point roll cage installed in the vehicle.

Fuel cell, and battery both in the trunk. Has a kill switch.

Interior has dynamat all over the interior. Kirkey seats, 4 point harnesses.

    Rachet shifter

Vehicle is in black primer, ready for whatever color you choose. Engine bay painted plum crazy purple. Body in very good condition.

There is suspension work done to it, but unsure of specifics.

We are open Monday-Friday 8-4 and Saturday 9-1

1978 Ford Pinto hatchback 69 302 4bbl, C4. Car was restored in 1995 and has not seen any type of road spray in 20 years. This is a driver not a drag car, as it has the original rear axle, but it is plenty fast. Car has been taken care of and ran regularly but not extensively (about 600 miles since 2011). There would only be around 5000 miles on the car since V8 installation. My Dad bought the car in 1988 so I know the history. Car is complete, spare tire, jack, lug wrench, owners manual. Very nice example of a Pinto

Yes, you'd need a narrowed rear end. 9" would be preferred, but in something this light an 8" would do no problem. The stock rear diff will probably live a long time because I imagine it does nothing but spin the tires :D

No grip = No stress on parts.

My guess is he bought it as a donk and the seller kept the wheels and tires. The setup in the photo came from his OTHER mulletmobile.
