Muncie M-20 4 speed transmission out of a 1970 Chevelle 396/350HP. Not a Buick trans but is in good working condition. Thought I would offer it here before it goes to Ebay or one of the "Chevy" sites. Has a 1970 date code, as well as the orignal part number tag still attached. Comes with a Hurst competition plus shifter. $600 + shipping.
You know....I got an M 21 here that needs rebuilt, but I despise close ratio boxes. Especially when being stuck with a 3.07 rear end gear! I assume being an M 20, that this is a wide ratio? Without looking it up, I think that constitutes a 2.52 first gear?? We are only an hour apart. Don't have much left here. I got two barely used BBB cams and matched lifters, and a ported BBB Edelbrock intake. Wouldn't need the shifter if you wanna separate.
