I'm currious how you other believers feel about the Musslim population here in the good ol U.S.A. I know as a Christian we are to pray for our ennemys, but with the threat of war in our mitts, I find myself being distrustful of all Musslims. Statistics say there are something like 7 million in the u.s. alone. Probly most are just working people trying to make a living like me. But push come to shove I wonder were their loyalty will lie. The karon teaches them that Christian are infedells, and that all should die. Anyway just wondered how others might feel about this. ( excuss some of the bad spelling)

    David,

I have studied the Muslim religion just a little bit, and I believe they are one of the "wolves in sheep's clothing" Jesus teaches about. I don't have the reference I used to study from anymore.

One of our family friends, who is a preacher, has an excellent saying: "Trust Nobody, but respect Everybody." You don't have to trust anyone but God. I wouldn't worry about feeling distrustful towards Muslims. Heck, I don't even trust myself! Just remember to respect and love them. You can respect without accepting. But it still doesn't mean we shouldn't speak out against them.

    That's my view.

    John 13
35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

    Romans 12
    10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

    1 Peter 3

8 Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:
9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.

    ...you get the idea.... :)

I absolutely hate the radical muslims. They pervert and distort the very teachings of the karon. Their intense hated for this country only fuels my ANGER :af: towards them. As for the peaceful muslims in this country, I will just say that I'm disappointed in them. They bury their head in the sand or look the other way when their brotheren here or in other countries create autrocities. I hardly see them denounce terrorism and express critisism torward their more radical brotheren. If it's this country that the terrorists seek to destroy, then why are the muslims that live here and enjoy the benefits of the United States so quiet? Their way of life here is affected also. They should be a lot more vocally critical in my opinion. Just my .02 Feel free to disagree if want.

According to the Karan the book that the muslims study and beleive in it says that anyone I mean anyone who does not conform to the muslim religion shall be killed yes I said killed. Anyone who does not beleive in what they beleive is considered an infadel and the punishment for this is death. On top of all of this we should have went after Bin Laden in the 80s when Olly North wanted too, and then 911 wouldnt have happened (maybe) You know the old addage coulda, shoulda, woulda!!!
Those muslims that "dont" beleive that us infadels should be killed are just like the christian who goes to church on sunday and on monday talks like a truck driver at the bar as he pays for a lap dance...............:) So as I start to ramble I will stop by saying this one thing more, As far as I am concerned the war will happen , maybe not yet but its going to happen and there is nothing we can do about it but support those who will put their life on the line for the protection of our right to be American.
So to any military person that has to go overseas in this deal I wish you all God speed and God bless

I'm not worried about Muslems. I am only worried about the radical Muslims.

Similar to the bible, the Koran can be interpreted different ways by different people. It is only a small minority that interprets the Koran as didcussed above, but unfortunately that minority is just kooky enough to do something about it and believes they will be eternally rewarded.

    Cain & Abel

This WILL happen!! the one will hate the other!!! isn't it clear??
that, that is the case in our world today?? Kind of reminds me of
Cain and Abel!! the one did what God required(blood atonement) the other( Cain) did HIS own thing!! the muslim is the half brother of the jew,and they hate each other.the comparison comes into play today!abel=the true beliver and Cain=the world the unbeliever! we have them here! OR haven't you noticed??? :spank:

    they do not belive Jesus

Frank wrote "The jewish-christian-muslim religions are all Abrahanic in nature...they have the same story line...the muslims aknowledge Jesus and his teachings...but that he was only a prophet...not the son of God" I must disagree with your statement that these other religions believe that Jesus was a prophet. That just is not true.A true prophet in old testament days spoke the very words of God[not his words but the exact words of God] and now in new testament times we have the very words of God recorded in his written word the Bible.IF ANYONE TRUELY BELIVED JESUS TO BE A PROPHET OF GOD THEN THEY WOULD BELIEVE WHAT JESUS SAID ABOUT HIMSELF. Here are a few things Jesus said about himself : John5:23) That all men should honour the Son,even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him. John8:58) Jesus said unto them,Verily, verily(truely, truely),I say unto you,Before Abraham was,I am. AND IF YOU STILL DO NOT THINK JESUS IS SPEAKING PLAIN ENOUGH ABOUT WHO HE IS SEE John10:30) I and my Father are one. Jesus made it very clear that he was God in human flesh and that is why many people then and now both religious and non religious hate him or desire to take away his honour by trying to say he is just a prophet, and yet they do not believe the prophets words about who he is!!!!!!!!! Any religion that does not honour the son Jesus Christ is not from God no matter how peaceful, family minded, nice, moral,or how much they claim to have knowledge of God, they lie. John12:26) If any man serve me,let him follow me;and where I am,there shall also my servant be:if any man serve me,him will my Father honour.

    Genesis 16

11 And the angel of the LORD said unto her(Hagar - Sarai's handmaid), Behold, thou art with child and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the LORD hath heard thy affliction.
12 And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.

    Genesis 21

2 For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.
3 And Abraham called the name of his son that was born unto him, whom Sarah bare to him, Isaac.

8 And the child grew, and was weaned: and Abraham made a great feast the same day that Isaac was weaned.
9 And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, which she had born unto Abraham, mocking.
10 Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son: for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac.
11 And the thing was very grievous in Abraham's sight because of his son.
12 And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called.
13 And also of the son of the bondwoman will I make a nation, because he is thy seed.
14 And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread, and a bottle of water, and gave it unto Hagar, putting it on her shoulder, and the child, and sent her away: and she departed, and wandered in the wilderness of Beersheba.

*The Jews and Arabs have been going at it ever since Ishmael and Isaac.

Here is why it is so important that the US supports Israel!!

    Genesis 12
    God talking to Abram

2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

    Rusty,

It is my understanding that they believe Jesus to be somewhat of a phony- He had some insight from God, but was also not all that He claimed to be. Obviously not how we see things...

On another note, I am very curious how radical Muslims reconcile the supposed instructions from God to kill the infidels with the commandment not to kill. I guess they think God (Allah) is someone who changes His mind or something. If anyone knows this, I would like to know more about it.
