Need a room for the PSMCDR???

I booked a block of 9 rooms at Maxfield's Inn in Edmore waaaaaaay back in March. Since then, 3 of the couples have had to cancel their travel plans. Two of the rooms are non-smoking King bed rooms. The thrid is a non-smoking with 2 queen beds. Does anybody need a last minute room??? All three are booked for Thurs-Fri-Sat nights. That can easliy be changed to fit your plans with a simple phone call to the hotel. The single King rooms are about $72 a night, the double queen room is $82 a night. If I don't hear from anyone here, I'm going to cancel/dump the rooms Sunday night.

Thanks, Frank. You could probably make a fortune selling off those extra rooms for the second night to the Studebaker guys that are going to try to stay at the Edmore Inn. After the first night, they'll probably pay about anything for the second one! :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: Hope they're bringing their Hazmat protective clothing. :eek2:

Still trying to do some troubleshooting on the H/O for the vent system/ vaccum. May end up plugin' the thing off.

Seems silly, but I am wishing for the gas price to come down more. $2.85 for 87 in KC today. Bad thing is that some people are thinking it is cheap again. o No:

Last staus check on some friends, but 6 H/O's that I know of showing up for the fun. 5-69's and 1-68. Yes, the '69 H/O will be the new Super Bee of Pure Stock-- everyone has one! :shock:

 

Instead of a Swarm of Bee's....will it be a Street of HO's?

At least the SuperBees come in different colors,(except at Stanton where they only allow Tor-Red Bees ) and with different bumblybee stripes ( that's how I tell them apart ). All of your H/O's are just white and gold, right? Boooooooring. :sleep:

OK. I just cut loose three rooms. They are all single King bed rooms. 1 smoking, two non-smoking. These are all they now have available for next weekend. If you know anybody looking for a last minute room, have them call Maxfield's at 989-422-8888.

 

Room available at the Comfort Inn

I just cancelled my non smoking room at the Comfort Inn, now there should be at least one room available for TH and Fri night.
