Need help with 1966 Olds 442 code info

Looking at a 1966 Olds 442 and the cowl/body tag has the following info. Can anyone help with decoding this or point me in the right direction?

I hope I read everything correctly, it is as follows..

Left side of cowl tag

Tr 980 -b

Right side
LAN 30153. Body
L-w paint
