Does this engine require a custom oil pan since it's crank has been stroked?

Not because of stroke but will because of girdle

Yep, would cost nearly $1000 more to duplicate it. Good solid platform to make over 700 reliable HP

What is the approx compression ratio with that motor and a set of TA stage 2 heads?

Half fill? That's in the water jackets? This is not a street motor?

Also interested in compression ratio with the stage 2 heads.
Is a timing cover or oil pan included?
    Any pictures of motor?

Half fill is usually/generally to the bottom of the ports in front, very streetable, oil cooler is a good idea but I've ran half fills 3 different times for several thousand miles each time and never had any issues from it.

With a zero deck flatop piston you can expect some healthy compression, nothing a large overlap cam and a thicker gasket can't cure. IE this is a great deal for either street or a serious strip piece,...jmo,..Mark is the owner not trying to answer for him just throwing it out there

With uncut stage 2's I'd expect no less than 12to1, but don't let that scare you,..you just have to accommodate for it, but if you want something that will hold what 98% of Buick enthusiast would ever want this is it

About 12:1 static CR with stage 2 heads, I've driven my half fill engine all over the street without problems but I don't get out on the highway due to my rear gear ratio. I can include a stock modified pan but don't have an extra front cover. Anybody who wants pics please pm your email and I'll shoot them over.
