    Good Morning Rich
Welcome aboard and your car looks great. I have a 1963 Le Sabre and you can find parts for the early 1960s models.
    I have used;
    1. James Kehr, Phone 215-767-0845.
    2. Mike Hogan, Buick Bonery and he is in California Phone 916-599-3934.
    3. Wheatbelt Auto Antiques, Ken and Sue Phone 580-855-2449.
All these people are very good and know their stuff.
Good luck with your car and let me know how you get on.
    Take care
    John

    Welcome!

Very little available in repro parts. Routine maintenance parts readily available. With the 300 engine and the 400 tranny behind it your car could run forever!

Post in the parts wanted section if you can't find what you need locally.

thanks! As far as plans so far I'm thinking of doing it up 60s kustoms style and I'm thinking about building a nailhead motor for it 401. For now I just enjoy driving it

Sweet thanks guys ill be sure to check those guys out!

yep nice lookin ride . suspension mods i take it ?
i like the boxy 63-64's but the 65's are a good combo of solid n swoopy .
down the road nailhead motor swap - will probably involve a trans swap plus whatever is involved ( 300 small block and nailhead bellhousings dif ) , maybe consider a 350 or newer big block ( 400 430 455 ) swap - should bolt up to trans ok i think . just have to figure the motor mounts out if going with big block . 350 should be same mounts , light weight , and noticable power increase . more parts available for big block but you won't need much as far as power goes - cam , nice intake , some chrome etc , maybe shorty headers .
check back here with questions before going forward too far for good fair advice . and some friendly ball bustin' too of course .

Thanks! Yeah just lowering coils for now.. I'm pretty set on building a really nice nailhead for it. I just like the look of them and the nostalgia behind them. Plus all the cool finned stuff they make for it. My st400 trans won't bolt up to one? Either way that's what I'm pretty sure I'm doing haha even if it takes a while to get it done thanks for the advice and info tho I really appreciate it

yes , with ya on the nailheads . like em alot . torque , looks dif - solid choice . if ya could find a mid 60's 401 parts car that could yield the swap parts for ya . 65 and newer used the TH400 I think , that would be a better choice . nailheads alot heavier than the 300 - more suspension mods maybe .

As much as I love nailheads, it may be a little difficult to fit on in the loSabre! But never say never. Wildcats look the same but have 3 extra inches in the engine compartment. I have wildcats to measure if you need dimensions. And nailheads. Too bad your not closer, I have a couple extra nailheads that need new homes.

Ah I do remember reading that somewhere now that you mention that.. Hmm yeah too bad... Around here nailheads that need rebuilds are going for 500-800 complete.. But yeah thanks for suggesting helping me out with dimensions before I fork out some money for a motor! Appreciate it!

Sweet ride. I love the 63-64 full sized cars, but having seen your 65 I'm adding them to my like list.

I'm looking for a trunk pan for my car as i have minor rust issues. so if anyone knows where I can possibly find a doner car or anyone that has a classic buick salvage that would be awesome
