I refreshed my memory from last year and by looking at this years bidders contract: Sellers commission= 8% in person Sellers commission= 10% if by telephone or thru an agent onsite Sellers registration fee= $300.00 Sellers pre bid deposit =10% cash of the max amount you intend to bid Sales tax to local city, county, and state= several % points which I do not now remember Buyers Commission= 10% on cars, 17% on automolilia( up from 8% and 15% last year) If you make a deal outside of the auction for any car consigned within 60 days the buyer and the seller jointly and severally owe BJ a mere 14% of the selling price Get the picture?
