Hey guys here Is your typical "new guy" question.

I'm fixing up a 1984 Chebby 1/2 Ton to make my daily driver. So I'm not beating on my Buick to badly.
Okay this is the best picture I have as of right now.

Maybe if you can tell,(bad picture i know :spank: ) part of that dash is painted white. Would it be best to get this repainted then do the interior? Is that how things usually go ?

Like I said I'm very knew to this anyinput would be helpful. How much do you think a good white, or black, paintjob would be for this truck ?

I'm thinking about following a monochrematic thing all the way through this truck. Maybe all black, or all white.(interior and all, I think white might be a problem though) I just want something different. What do you guys think ?

if you paint it black everything will have to be perfect. black shows everything in a new paint job. like a small wave or dent you missed that you thought you got. it will take you twice as long to get the truck done if you put it in black because your making sure that everything is perfect.

If its a truck and is going to be used as a beater, why bother with fresh paint? Just get some Nu Finish and buff the old white stuff to a nice shine.
