Has everyone gotten the new Shell 94 octane yet? It's called V-Power. It's made here where I live. It took the place of the 93 octane. I filled up the company van with it today. I had about 1/3 tank of 87 octane. It stopped pinging as soon as I left the station. Pretty good stuff.
As long as I've been buying gas (not long:grin: ) Amoco and Shell have both had 93 octance gas...no more than that. Those seem to be the best places around here to buy good gas. I hate putting QT gas in my car....I don't think it likes it much:gt: RUns ok on it though. My car has never pinged one bit since I've owned it. My LeSabre would ping like a &$(^%()# if I put lower than 92 octane in.
