Is that the same as starting a new thread ? Thanks in advance … I don’t see a “new post” hot button or whatever just the new thread one inside each area of interest, if that makes sense
No, those are two different things. The "New Posts" button (right of "Watched Threads") on top of the V8 home screen is the new posts that have occurred across the board since last you signed on. Inside of each Forum is a "Post New Thread" button if you want to create a thread within that Forum.
A thread is composed of individual posts. You can create your own thread asking a question or opening a topic up for discussion. Your post is #1 in your thread. Additional posts from other users add to the "Thread" If you delete your first post, it will delete the entire thread. This only applies to threads you create.
