I got a some new wheel and tire combo for the GS350 Torq Thrust II and Falken tires 235x45x17 in the fronts (7 inch Wheel) 245x45x17 in the rears (8 inch Wheel)
Took the GS350 out of the garage today, just to look at it, weather has been pretty nasty and weekend have been a wet one. Next week is my show at Fordham University in the Da Bronx. Went to local cruise tonight, everyone that comment on the GS, were saying the Torq Thrust II set off the car real well. :beers2:
Louie, That's a good look. Were there any problems fitting that 8 inch wheel in the rear? Do you know what the wheel back spacing is on the 8 inch? Thanks!
George, the back spacing is like 4.50 on the 8 inch wheel, I used a a set of 255x45x17 I had in the shed and had to cut the inner lip a bit.
Went to a show in Patterson NY last weekend which was a ride through the country roads with a lot of twists and curves. I could hear the rear tires rubbing on right hand turns. Guess I will have to use the old baseball bat on the rear fender lips and roll them a bit more. :idea2: BEFORE AFTER
