I have a 0.040 over 73' 455 with cast pistons, 71' stage ! heads, stage 1 intake, and a Poston 113 cam. It is 9.02:1 and I'm wondering if it is safe to run a 100hp shot??? It has new rod bolts and arp main studs and head bolts.
That shouldn't be a problem. Make sure you have good fuel supply and the timing retarded at least 4 degrees. You know, the same as for any safe nitrous application.:Smarty:
