Just got my replacement car for the Monte that was stolen a couple weeks back. Its a 1979 Blazer in very original and very clean shape. It has a rough idle, so I was simply going to adjust it, but there are no idle screws at the base of the carb? How does the idle on this particular year get adjusted? Its very lean.

    Thanks,

The screws are there. They are behind plugs. Carb shops typically drill them out.

Thanks Larry! Carb is fine in every other respect, so didn't want to have to rebuild it. Easy enough!
