Hey everyone. Do any of you know where I could possibly pick up a Cj5 or 7 for a few hundred bucks that doesnt have a broken frame and isnt totally rusted out? My girlfriend wants one, and I would like to get one to fix up for her, but everywhere I look they are 1500 and up and I just dont have that money to spend on something that is not a muscle car :Brow: . Sold my 79 Cj5 last spring for $300. ou: I kick myself constantly. Had a 304 v8 and 3 speed, boy was that thing fun.....
Dang, I wish you still had it, thats about what I'm lookin to pay for one. I would have to yank the 3 speed out, my girl doesnt like(or want to learn how) to drive a stick. Oh well maybe theres someone else out there lookin to get rid of one.
you should try to convince her to learn to drive a manual....Its so much more fun that way :grin: :3gears:
