Actually the Batman steering wheel was never used in a '70 GS 455 or Stage 1 car from the factory and was only used in the GS 350 for '70. The '70 GS 455 skipped over the batwing steering wheel and came standard with a deluxe steering wheel. Beginning in 1971 a big block GS came standard with the batwing steering wheel. :)

Also there was an optional rim-blower steering wheel available for the '70 GS and of course the GSX wheel mentioned by Fritz.

That's a '71-'72 interior. Look at the door panels and seat pattern. Not a '70 model. We have a couple of those :)

The white interior you posted is a '70 and shows the standard steering wheel for a '70 big block car, regardless of the interior pattern.

Yeah, your right it is a 71 interior, I could' ve sworn I seen a batman steering in a 70 GS 455.

You probably have and I've seen a few over the years too but all were swapped onto the car by someone who wanted to dress-down the interior of their '70 big block GS.
