NOS 65 and 69 Wildcat hubcap plastic inserts

I was going to use the 69 one in a display board for TOPCAT but i never got around to it so here it is.It is quite a bit larger than the 66-70 inserts for the Ribbed caps...3 inches?

Also i have the 65 insert and it comes with the used one you see....
