FYI,
To figure out the year you would need to measure the front-back dimension of the pedestals and see if it has any holes drilled into the bottom of the spoiler, plus measure the size of the holes and their placement. A close-up shot of the pedestal would also be nice.

4 3/4" measured tip to tip makes it a 71-72 style spoiler design.
