"buick lesabre 4 door sedan, made into a convertible, still have the roof that I cut off of it... still needs a top made for it..."

When he says it needs a top he means the mechanism, the electric controls, the wiring, the vinyl top, the latches, the anchors in the windshield, the seals, the top motor, the slave cylinders, the lines, the pads, the top frame etc .. and much of this may need to be custom made. This will cost more his whole car. I wonder if he thought of this before or after the sawsall came out.

Better break out the JB Weld.

I had a 69 Electra someone did the same thing to. They used it as a summer cruiser and parade car. Unfortunately when the went to sell it, it could not be certified because they compromised the structural integrity of the car. I purchased it and parted it out.

I have an idea. If every member of V8Buick gives 1 dollar. We should easily be able to buy it. I have a 455 that I will sell cheap to be the powerplant. Leave the top off and give it a V8Buick graphics paint job and race it at Beech Bend.

We are just missing a volunteer to do the paint and engine rebuild/installation. :Smarty:
