Okay, so i've been on here before getting some help and we 're stuck again. We just pulled my 350 out of my 72 olds and we are going to put in a buick 430. the only problem is... the motor mounts on the olds are in the middle of the engine, and the ones on the buick are in the front. SO obviously it is going to sit further back in the engine bay. WIll this work you think? or what can be done to adjust. Skylarks or GS's are the same body right? what makes them able to have this engine in them, and mine not. Thanks.
GOT TO GET them BUICK 400/430/455 frame pad mounts. GO to www.taperformance.com and look at theirs or find a set out of a Lark with a 400/430/455.
