She's got almost everything in the Ford Motorport catalog in that thing. Still has it too

I had a pretty fast WE-4 turbo Regal. It was only about 3 or 4 years old at the time, so it would make it around 1991. The Regal ran high 12's at the time which wasnt too shabby. I used to kick alot of but with that car. Jen was in between Mustangs and was driving a POS 87 Daytona 2.2 turbo. She had it for sale at the time. Had a for sale sign in the rear window.

We were going up the main drag (no pun intended) one night , and she got next to me at a couple of lights. I spooled it up and then let her beat me...twice. To make it believable, I lost by a car, maybe less. A car load of kids were following evidentially and saw Jen whip the Regal in the two races. They pulled up to her and were in total disbelief. They were asking her how much she wanted for the Daytona. They bought the fact that it was a Turbo Buick killer....yeah, as if. We almost had that car sold that night, but she spilled the beans! :spank:  She told them that I was her boyfriend and I let her win:rolleyes: . I could of probably got double what she was asking for it! :pp

you should try it on a road course some time.

that Cougar is actually the 3rd gen MX-6 / Probe. my 2nd gen Probe handles mighty fine.

Yeah I love my cougars handling. It's pick up is just not as much as I would like. But the top end is great! I just have a Cold air intake in it...was going to get an exhaust and headers...but I got burnt by a Skylark...and then I had an epiphany!

I don't remember racing any Mustangs back in my day, but I did have one of the quickest Mach 1's in the mid 70's. I think I lost twice, maybe three times with it. It was basically a stock 4 speed car.:Brow:
